Case Description
12 yr. molar (I think) has broken in half. has had a root canal done on it years ago. also have a small filling in between 2 front teeth that is in need of replacement. I am looking for a dentist in the mpls./st. paul area that would be able to assist me with this on a payment plan or sliding fee scale.
